Innovative Testing Solutions was incorporated in 1995 as an automotive test consulting company.  One year later, due to heavy customer demand for testing services, a small laboratory was created in Troy, Michigan.  Within six months, a larger facility was necessary to handle testing demands.  This facility was found in Clawson, Michigan, only one mile away from our previous location.  The Clawson facility was used for two and one half years until it became too small.  This led to our current facility (over twice as large) in Madison Heights, Michigan.

Our company is privately held, class C Corporation, registered in the state of Michigan.  We are listed with Dun & Bradstreet.
